A British mom claimed she spotted a UFO resembling the fictional TARDIS from the BBC’s Doctor Who TV series hovering over her home.
Kay Thorpe, a resident of Middleton, a residential suburb of Leeds, England, said she first noticed a strange, shiny object over her house years ago.
Following the first sighting, she noticed it hovering overhead “every night and every morning” for years. She recently decided to investigate the baffling phenomenon.
Were aliens spying on Thorpe?
According to the Daily Star, Thorpe said the UFO started appearing regularly over her house a few years ago. It seemed to be spying on her.
It didn’t look like any human-made aircraft she had seen before. It also didn’t look like a planet or star. She realized it couldn’t be a star because it hovered at one spot and did not shine or twinkle.
Spooked by an unidentified flying object spying on her, the British mom in her 30s decided to investigate. She suspected it might be of extraterrestrial origin.
Thorpe used her phone camera lens to zoom in on the object and snap a photograph. She kept her fingers steady to get an undistorted image of the mystery object.
UFO looked like Dr Who’s iconic TARDIS
Thorpe got the shock of her life when she looked at the photo on her cellphone. In real life, it looked like a shiny object in the sky, but what she saw in the photograph was a UFO that looked like Dr Who’s TARDIS.
TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension In Space) is a fictional time machine from the BBC’s classic Sci-fi TV series Dr Who. It looks like an old British police box from the outside, but inside is a spacious control room equipped with advanced spacetime travel gadgetry.
The idea of an advanced spacecraft that is bigger inside than it looks outside is common in UFO lore.
Paranormal papers reported that a UFO whistleblower alleged that the U.S. authorities retrieved a crashed UFO powered by spacetime-warping technology.
According to the lawyer representing the unnamed whistleblower, government investigators who entered the spacecraft experienced nausea and disorientation. They found that the craft was much bigger inside than it looked outside.
It also allegedly warped time. People who entered it said they spent only a few minutes inside, but their colleagues outside said they stayed inside for hours.
A British woman also spotted UFOs over Stockport
The latest news about a UFO over a British city comes after Paranormal Papers reported in November that a woman spotted two UFOs in the sky while standing in her backyard in Stockport, Greater Manchester. She sighted the UFO on two separate occasions in October.
The first looked wa a shape-shifting object. It morphed in shape from a triangle into a square-shaped object. She later spotted a bright one shaped like a Tic-Tac.
